Recently we helped a client standardize their site training material involving the asset inspection routes we created with them. At this site the operations and maintenance teams perform detailed inspections using MAINTelligence’s software on Android phones. Their current number of inspection points surpasses 57,000 and includes:
- Operator route inspections
- Mobile equipment start of shift inspections
- Maintenance inspections
- Online monitoring
- Lab results of oil sample analysis
- Lubrication instruction points
